FDM 3D Printing

    Upload & model review

    Upload your STL, OBJ or 3MF model. We review it for printability — watertight geometry, minimum wall thickness and feature size — and flag anything that needs a tweak before printing.

    Material & colour selection

    Choose your material (PLA, PETG, ABS and more) and colour to suit your part — strength, temperature resistance, finish and budget.

  3. 3

    Slicing & print preparation

    The model is oriented for strength and surface quality, then sliced — setting layer height, infill density, wall count and support structures for a reliable print.

  4. 4

    FDM printing

    Your part is printed layer by layer on a calibrated FDM machine, with the molten filament deposited precisely to build up the geometry.

  5. 5

    Support removal

    Support structures and rafts are carefully removed, leaving the part clean and ready for finishing.

  6. 6

    Post-processing (optional)

    Optional finishing — sanding, trimming or smoothing — for a cleaner surface where your application needs it.

  7. 7

    Quality inspection

    The print is checked against your model for dimensional accuracy, layer adhesion and surface quality.

  8. 8

    Packaging & dispatch

    The finished part is securely packed and shipped to your door, anywhere in India and worldwide.
