Standard boards — the ones our own line builds — ship in 2 working days. A Fine pitch board ships in 11 working days. You are shown which routes your board can take, with the exact ship-by date against each, before you pay — you never have to guess.

It is the design, not a service level you buy. Our own line is set up for a specific range — up to 2 layers, within our published size, track, spacing and drill limits — and a board inside it goes straight onto that line as Standard. A board with finer features than that, or more than two copper layers, is built as Fine pitch: it takes longer, and it is priced by board area rather than at our flat rate. Neither is a rush fee or a queue you can pay to jump. Check the capabilities table and you can tell in advance which your board is.

Because the two are priced in different ways, and neither is a discount on the other. Standard is a flat charge per board whatever its size, so a small board and a large one cost the same. Fine pitch is charged by area, so a small board costs less and a large one costs more. On a small board the area price can land below our flat rate — you would simply be trading ten working days for a lower price. Both figures are shown side by side on the order page, and the cheaper one is preselected for you.

Boards start at ₹150 per board — ₹750 for 5 pieces — for any board up to 100 × 100 mm on our own line, in 2 working days. That is a flat charge: it does not go up with board size, up to that limit. Fine pitch boards are priced by area instead. GST and delivery are added at checkout, and the full breakdown is shown before you pay.

We build Monday to Saturday and are closed on Sunday, so Sundays are not counted. An order placed before noon IST counts that day as the first; after noon, counting starts on the next working day. The ship-by date we show already accounts for all of this — it is the date your boards leave us, not the date they arrive.

No — it is the date we dispatch them. Courier transit is separate and is shown against each shipping option at checkout, with the estimate coming from the courier for your delivery pincode.

Yes — 30 × 30 mm. Below that a board cannot be panelised on our line, so it has to be quoted by hand. Get in touch and we will price it: panelising several small boards together is usually cheaper than ordering one on its own anyway.

Get in touch as soon as you can. If your board has not started fabrication we can usually move it and invoice the difference. Once it is on a panel we cannot pull it forward, because the panel is shared with other boards.

You see the exact ship-by date against each route before you pay. Standard boards ship in 2 working days, Fine pitch in 11. Days are working days: we build Monday to Saturday and are closed on Sunday, and an order placed before noon IST starts the same day.

Standard supports 1–2 layers, 30 × 30 mm up to 100 × 100 mm, with 0.2 mm (7.9 mil) minimum trace/spacing and a 0.3 mm minimum drill. Fine pitch supports up to 14 layers (more on request), down to 0.09 mm features and 0.15 mm drills, plus a wide range of materials and finishes. A board finer than the Standard limits is offered as Fine pitch automatically — nothing is refused for being fine. Full details are on the capabilities page.

Yes. Every Gerber upload is automatically checked against our manufacturing rules for free, flagging trace width, clearance, drill size and annular-ring issues before fabrication begins.

A Gerber set (RS-274X) plus an Excellon drill file, usually supplied as a single ZIP. Most EDA tools (KiCad, EasyEDA, Altium, Eagle) can export this. You can upload and preview your files in our online Gerber viewer before ordering.

Boards undergo visual and dimensional QC, and electrical (flying-probe or fixture) testing is performed on applicable orders to verify continuity and isolation against the netlist.

Standard boards use immersion tin. Fine pitch boards can be finished with HASL, HASL lead-free, ENIG, ENEPIG, OSP, hard gold or immersion tin/silver.

Yes. We provide SMT and through-hole assembly — from solder-paste stencil and automated pick-and-place through reflow, AOI inspection and optional functional testing.

For assembly we need your Bill of Materials (BOM), a pick-and-place (centroid/XY) file, and the Gerbers. The BOM should list reference designators, values, footprints and manufacturer part numbers.

Both. With turnkey assembly we source the components for you; with consigned (kitted) assembly you ship us the parts. You can also mix the two — we source what we can and you supply the rest.

Yes. Mixed-technology boards are assembled with SMT reflow first, followed by through-hole insertion and wave or hand soldering.

We support low-volume and prototype assembly runs, including single-piece builds for bring-up. Larger production volumes are handled on the Production line.

Yes. Conformal coating is available as an option for boards destined for humid or harsh environments.
