Refund Policy

1. No Refund After Shipment (Strict Policy)

All orders processed by INDiPCB are custom-made or material-based. Therefore:

• No refunds or returns are allowed once the order manufacturing is started or shipped.

This applies to:

• PCB Fabrication orders
• 3D Printed parts
• Electronic components and materials

Once shipped, items cannot be reused, resold, or restocked, and are therefore non-refundable under all circumstances.

2. Custom Manufacturing Disclaimer

• All PCB and 3D printing orders are produced strictly based on customer-provided files and specifications.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

• Designs are verified by you prior to submission
• INDiPCB is not responsible for design-related issues

3. Manufacturing Defects (Limited Exception)

If a product has a genuine manufacturing defect caused by INDiPCB:

• We will provide replacement or rework of the affected items at no additional cost.
• Issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery with proper evidence (photos/videos).
• Refunds will not be issued, except in rare cases where replacement is not possible.

4. Client Design Errors

INDiPCB is not liable for issues arising from:

• Incorrect Gerber files
• BOM errors
• Wrong dimensions or tolerances
• Electrical or functional design flaws

Orders with such issues are not eligible for replacement or refund.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

Your board goes into production as soon as your order is placed, so an order cannot be cancelled or changed once it has been paid for. It is manufactured specifically for you and cannot be resold. Please check your design, quantity and specification before you pay.

If we cancel your order — because the design cannot be manufactured, appears to infringe someone else’s rights, or is going to a destination we cannot ship to — you receive a full refund.

6. Component Sales

• Electronic components are sold as-is.
• No refunds or returns after shipping.

Replacement is only applicable if:

• Wrong item was shipped by us
• Item was damaged during transit (must be reported within 48 hours)

7. Dispute Resolution

If you face any issues:

• Contact us immediately with order details
• Our team will review and provide a resolution
• Decisions made by INDiPCB after review will be considered final
